Rights and reuse
Two layers of this work carry two different licenses. This page states which is which so nobody has to guess.

The frameworks published at sougataroy.com/frameworks, the vocabulary defined alongside them, and both Zenodo deposits are licensed CC BY 4.0.
That means anyone may reproduce them, adapt them, translate them, build products and training on them, and use them commercially, including inside a competing offering. The only condition is attribution to Sougata Roy with a link to the source. Claiming authorship of the work is not attribution.
No permission request is needed and none should be sent. The license is the permission.

Where the book reproduces or adapts material from the deposits above, that material remains available under CC BY 4.0 from its published source. The reservation covers the book's expression, not the underlying frameworks.
How to attribute
For a framework page, the citation block on that page is the preferred form. For the deposits, cite the DOI. A general-purpose form:
